"We contacted Patrick and Michelle initially long distance from Columbus, Ohio. We were looking at a particular property and Patrick was listed as the broker. My husband called Patrick to inquire about the property and they immediately hit it off, spending over an hour on the initial phone call. "My wife found Beedie Realty when we lived in Las Vegas, NV and had made the decision to move to Florida. She took a liking to Mr. Beedie and since then, we have done two real estate transactions with Beedie Realty. The first transaction was a new build spec home. Everything on that transaction went smoothly until we moved in and found a lot of construction issues. "We learned about Patrick Beedie through my fiance's boss, she said if anyone can sell your home he could. We tired to sell our home on our own with many people coming through but no offers. Had many compliments. When we hired Patrick he immediately had a plan and said he would sell our home within 21 days if we followed his plan. Patrick even worked while he was on vacation and came up with a price that was fair. He bought in a professional photographer to take photo's and also showcased our home. Patrick was always available to answer questions. When we did get an offer it was low but Patrick continued to work hard and eventually the buyer came back with a higher offer and this did happen within the 21 days.
